Account & Platform Information

  • Discord username and ID
  • Steam ID
  • Rockstar/FiveM identifiers
  • In-game character names
  • IP addresses (automatically logged by FiveM and hosting services)

Gameplay & Community Data

  • Server logs (connections, disconnections, actions)
  • Chat logs (in-game and Discord)
  • Staff reports, tickets, and moderation records

Purchases & Donations

  • Purchase records from approved platforms (e.g., Tebex)
  • Transaction IDs and purchased items

Note: We do not store full payment details. Payments are processed by third-party providers.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to:

  • Operate and maintain the server
  • Enforce server rules and Terms of Service
  • Provide moderation and support
  • Manage purchases, perks, and entitlements
  • Prevent cheating, abuse, or fraud
  • Improve server stability and gameplay experience

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

  • With trusted staff members for moderation and support purposes
  • With platform providers (FiveM, Discord, Tebex) as required for service operation

All access is limited to what is necessary.

5. Streaming & Recording Disclaimer

By playing on TrueStory RP, you acknowledge that:

  • Other players may record or livestream gameplay
  • Your voice, character, and in-game actions may appear in recorded content

TrueStory RP is not responsible for third-party recordings.

6. Data Retention

  • Logs and records are retained as long as necessary for moderation, security, or operational purposes.
  • Banned user data may be retained to prevent evasion.
  • Data may be deleted or anonymized at staff discretion when no longer needed.

7. Your Rights

Depending on applicable laws, you may:

  • Request access to your stored data
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of certain data (where feasible)

Requests can be made through the TrueStory RP Discord ticket system.

TrueStory RP relies on third-party services including:

  • FiveM / Cfx.re
  • Discord
  • Tebex
  • Server hosting providers

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these services. Please review their policies separately.

9. Children’s Privacy

TrueStory RP does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the minimum age specified in our server rules. If such data is discovered, it will be removed and access may be terminated.
